These Terms and Conditions or Agreement sets forth terms under which MRJ's O'Shoppe includes the owner, the admins and/or anyone affliated to the shop will provide services to you as a buyer/consumer related to this shop. We want to maintain, as much as possible, that, by having an online shop and by ordering from us, you have read and openly accept this Agreement. This Agreement is significant to you, as a buyer/valued customer and to us, as a seller, as it is used to protect your rights as our valued customers and our rights as sellers. These Terms and Conditions or Agreement is effective as of June 14, 2025. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE ENTIRETY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT FOLLOW OUR SHOP NOR BUY FROM US. If any violations of these Terms and Conditions or Agreement occurs, WE RESERVE A RIGHT TO PUT YOU IN OUR BOGUS BUYERS LIST AND/OR TERMINATE ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE VIOLATING SIDE. The use of our services is subject to the following terms of use:

1. BE RESPONSIBLE. Please be 3000% SURE that you will buy the item/s you want to order from Group Order and think 3000 times before submitting a form. If you are under 18 years old, please seek guidance from your parents/guardians or just merely inform them that you are buying an item from my shop. Do not let your parents attack us when they didn't know that you're ordering from us. Anything abusive/threats against us, we will take legal actions.
2. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Once you have submitted the order form, there's no backing out! If you cancel your order after submitting the form provided, you will be charged of CANCELLATION FEE that costs ₱300 PER ITEM so to avoid cancellations, please think all over again before submitting the provided form. IF NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET AND YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE!! ANY ACT OF CANCELLATION IS SUBJECT TO BE LISTED IN OUR BOGUS BUYER LIST WHETHER YOU PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE OR NOT.

3. NO RUSHING OF ORDERS. PH Group Order under Normal ETA means that your order/s will arrive in PH after 4 weeks to 16 weeks max [if there any delays] upon placing your orders to our respective suppliers as the said date of order in our posted details in our social media accounts. Upon the arrival of your orders in our address, please give us at least 3-7 days to pack your orders so your items will be packed safely. We will surely give a set of date to when we will ship your items. "ETA/EDA means "ESTIMATED" TIME OF ARRIVAL/"ESTIMATED" DAY OF ARRIVAL, NOT "EXACT" TIME/DAY OF ARRIVAL; WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO WHEN WILL THE SUPPLIER SHIP THE BOX AND/OR THE DEPARTURE AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE VESSEL. HOWEVER, WE WILL ASSURE YOU THAT WE WILL GIVE YOU UPDATES THAT YOU DESERVED."

4. DELAYS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE KOREAN PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIERS, INTERNATIONAL COURIERS OR LOCAL COURIERS. THERE ARE SOME FACTORS / REASONS THAT CAUSED SOME DELAYS LIKE HELD IN CUSTOMS, LATE PRODUCTION DUE TO UNFORESEEN EVENTS, PEAK SEASON, WEATHER PROBLEMS, HOLIDAYS AND UNPREDICTABLE EVENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES. Rest assured that all your orders will arrive in our address in NO SPECIFIC TIME. SIDE NOTE: NO IMPATIENT BUYERS ARE ALLOWED. IF YOU CAN'T WAIT, THEN DO NOT BUY FROM US.

5. LOST AND DAMAGES. DO NOT BLAME US FOR ANY LOST AND DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE KOREAN PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIERS, INTERNATIONAL AND/OR LOCAL COURIERS. Rest assured we will provide PROOFS OF ARRIVAL and pack your orders safely.

6. PAYMENTS. In Group Order, "PAYMENT FIRST POLICY" is applied. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY/CASH ON PICK-UP. Then, if you change your mind or cancel your order/s once you have paid and also, once the item/s has already secured, your payment will be forfeited or you cannot get your money back. However, if due to OUT OF STOCK, replacement can be made if you still want to continue. Nevertheless, REFUNDS will ONLY be made if your order is OUT OF STOCK. Moreover, if you send your payments late, you will be charged of LATE PAYMENT FEE that costs ₱50 PER DAY NO MATTER THE REASON YOU WILL PROVIDE as we have given you enough time to pay. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ON/BEFORE THE SAID DATE OF PAYMENT.

IN ADDITION, PLEASE CHECK THE MONEY YOU HAVE SENT. IT’S NON-REFUNDABLE; ONCE YOU HAVE SENT OUT THE PAYMENT, YOU CAN NO LONGER REFUND THE MONEY TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE.

Moreover, you can choose between PAYING THE ITEM PRICE FIRST or PAYING THE ITEM PRICE TOGETHER WITH LOCAL SHIPPING FEE AND/OR POSTER TUBE on/before the said DATE OF PAYMENT.
7. MODE OF PAYMENTS. Please be guided that STRICTLY WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING PAYMENTS THRU SEABANK TO SEABANK / BPI MOBILE BANKING/BPI ONLINE BANKING/BPI DEPOSIT MACHINES/GCASH TO GCASH. Also, PLEASE READ THE PAYMENT DETAILS THOROUGHLY; MRJ'S O'SHOPPE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR UNCLAIMED PAYMENTS CAUSED BY YOUR MISTAKES/TELLER'S MISTAKES.

8. NO TO BOGUS BUYERS AND JOY RESERVERS. Any kind of cancellations and late payments after giving the said extentions, we have the right to post you in our BOGUS BUYERS LIST AT ANYTIME. NOTE: YOUR FULL DETAILS WILL BE POSTED.
9. BE HONEST AND BE ACCOUNTABLE. Before submitting the order form, make sure that the information you have given must be correct. MRJ's O'shoppe will not be liable of any wrong information that you have given. For any updated information whether your address, cellphone number and/or username on twitter and/or instagram, please inform us immediately so we could update your information in our database.

10. TRUST AND PRIVACY. It is really important for us that we could build trust with each other so IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WITH OUR SHOP, WE DON'T FORCE YOU TO BUY FROM OUR SHOP, we don't bite and deceive people. But if you mind seeing the feedback for our shop, just search #mrjsoshoppefdbck , for UNBOXING ARRIVALS, search #mrjsoshoppeUNBOXING and/or any kind of proofs that you need, search #mrjsoshoppeProofs on Instagram and/or Twitter. Also, your information and my information should be between us only unless you are a BOGUS BUYER/JOY RESERVER. Both parties have rights to take any legal actions if the use of information is being abused or being threatened.

11. REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS [EXCEPT FOR OUT OF STOCK OF YOUR REQUESTED ITEM], NO EXCHANGE AND NO RETURNS.

12. COMPLAINTS. For any kind of complaints, please provide an UNBOXING VIDEO for us to re-consider if it's subject for a refund or return or else it will be INVALID. We will ONLY re-consider if your order/s is/are STILL INSIDE THE PARCEL, INSIDE THE BUBBLE WRAP WITH TAPE, REMAIN UNTOUCHED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO. In addition, please be guided that if it's subject for a return, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE from your address to our address. However, we will only be liable for the shipping cost if you have received the wrong item, and it's subject for return and/or to be shipped to rightful owner [from your address and to righful owner's address].
13. UNEXPECTED/UNFORESEEN ADDTIONAL POSSIBLE FEES. Fast ETA GOs or BULKY ITEMS tend to have additional possible fees. It really depends on CUSTOMS/THE SIZE OF THE ITEM. If ever there'll be unexpected customs fees (tax)/additional international shipping fees, MRJ's O'Shoppe WILL NOT shoulder it. It'll be divided fairly among the buyers of the merchandise.

14. MASS UPDATES. We are only liable in giving MASS UPDATES every ONCE EVERY OTHER WEEK and/or if there is anything that we could provide for updates, however, it is the buyer/consumer's responsibility to STAY UPDATED. For you to have a DETAILED update, please check the LATEST UPDATES by searching #mrjsoshoppeUpdates. REFRAIN FROM ASKING US THROUGH DM since UPDATES WILL BE THE SAME AS IT IS POSTED.
15. COMBINED SHIPMENTS. Effective starting June 15, 2019, we are no longer accepting COMBINED SHIPMENTS due to unexpected shortcomings we might encounter while packing UNLESS IT'S UNDER THE SAME BATCH; i.e. additional orders.
16. ACCEPTING AND REJECTION OF ORDERS. We are highly liable in accepting, declining, and cancelling any orders from our valued customers for any VALID reason at anytime.
17. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR AGREEMENT. MRJ's O'Shoppe reserves the right to add/nodify these terms and conditions WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE.
18. SUBMISSION OF ORDER FORM. Submission of order form from our shop by all means YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AGREED AND YOU WILL FOLLOW ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS OR AGREEMENT STATED IN OUR ORDER FORMS AND IN OUR MASTER LIST.

How did MRJ'S O'Shoppe started?

MRJ'S O'Shoppe was established on July 31, 2017 and I was selling random stuff on Instagram until I discovered BTS because of my sister and I found myself making friends out of being this fandom called ARMY. Because of my ARMY friends, I've found out what PH GO means and I asked myself, "why not turn my shop into a K-Pop Online Shop?", so I started creating an account on twitter for my shop and the rest is history.
